Picture: I once knew a woman who had freckles like stars all over her body. I told her I would trace the stars across her heaven.

    She wasn’t impressed. Oh well.

Poem: it reminds me for some reason of a poem by Tokugawa Ieyasu that begins ‘Life is like a long journey with a heavy burden. Let the step be slow and steady, that thou stumble not.’ If you go to the place where the last shogun is buried that poem is posted just before the 1000 or so steps up to his burial spot. There, the trees are roped together so the strong will hold up the weak. (Why I tell you all this, I know not). -b

Reminds me of the Deftones’ video for the song “Sextape”.
